ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest is the Olympics of programming that held between the top universities of the world. It is hosted by IBM. In this contest over 2000 top universities compete head to head to win.  Before competing in world finals one must have to clear regionals. In India regionals held in three places kolkata, Chennai, Amritapuri. Nothing can be better than representing your country in such a prestigious Competition. And in terms of tip the winner team gets $12,000 other three team gets $6,000 and bronze medal team get $1,500. And left a side this all the winners and runner up's get super good jobs in top most companies someone ever think off.

All you need is hard work and clear planning to competiton. Taking part in competition held on competitive programming website prepare you to compete in ACM-ICPC. But it is not sufficient you need to improve your problem solving as well as speed of writing codes. Eligibility Must Enrolled in  an institution that can sponsor you You should not have participated in more than 2 contest finals  You should not have participated in more than 5 contest regionals  You cannot participate at more than 2 regionals in the same year (for Asia region) Regionals  You need to register yourself for regionals by paying money. According to online round only qualifing team will be invited to regionals You have to qualifies regionals occur at regional sites to qualify for world finals.
